What is IV Therapy?
IV therapy is a delivery method for fluids and medication that works by delivering a mixture of saline, vitamins and minerals into the bloodstream through direct intravenous insertion. Once secured, a tube is connected to deliver the solution from the drip bag into the bloodstream, providing rapid results, including increased energy, optimal hydration, improved immunity and more.
How long does it take?
IV therapy can take anywhere from 45-75 minutes. Total treatment time will vary.
Quick Drip versions are half the time.
Does it hurt?
There is very little discomfort associated with IV Therapy. The level of pain is most commonly described as a small pinch and should not continue after the needle is inserted. The experienced staff at Thrive IV Bar are thoroughly trained to secure the drip and provide you with maximum comfort throughout the session.
How often should I receive IV Therapy?
It is recommended to undergo therapies weekly or twice weekly for optimal results. However, if you are using IV Therapy to treat specific ailments, consult with your healthcare provider regarding the frequency and timing of each session.
